I am a Ph.D. candidate in Toulouse School of Economics (Toulouse, France). Before coming to Toulouse, I completed my master’s degree at Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN, USA), in the Graduate Program in Economic Development. I hold a BA from Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, China) in International Economics & English Literature.
My research interest lies in Environmental Economics, Public Economics, Development Economics, and Behavioral Economics. My goal is to become an applied theorist, who can one day make an impact on environmental policy making in China and the world.
Apart from doing research, my favorite way of relaxing is cooking. Being in the kitchen makes me feel innovative and concentrated. I love seeing the happiness on people’s faces when they eat my food. Traveling and photography are also things that I enjoy. I have traveled to many countries in Asia, North America, and Europe. Eventually, I will tour around the world!
